Shadiyev A. Kh was born on March 3, 1986 in the Bukhara region. In 2005-2009, completed the bachelor's degree at BukhSU. In 2012-2014, completed the master's degree at Tashkent State University of Economics. Since April 2, 2022, has been working as a teacher at the Marketing and Management Department of BukhSU.
