Fergal Connolly is an Irish-born chef and food stylist. He studied culinary arts in Scotland, has worked at restaurants throughout Europe and the United States, and is now based in London, working in both print and television commercials. Recent projects that Fergal has contributed to include TV commercials for Waitrose, Sainsburys, Hellmans, Kikkoman, McDonald's, and Knorr. The Fakeaway Manual is his third book.
