Just finished reading this book and I just can’t stop thinking about it. I can’t remember the last time I read a novel so beautifully written. The author captures nature and the feeling of loneliness in such a stunning, vivid way that the reader almost hears the gulls crying from the sky.
I couldn’t put the book down and finished it in the course of 2 days. There is a lot happening throughout the book. The time jumps weren’t annoying but made the novel overall interesting. Would recommend this book to everyone!

Die Schreibweise der Autorin nahm mich in den Bann und liess mich bis am Schluss nicht mehr los. Ich fühlte mich in dem Buch getragen, befand mich Mitten in der Geschichte umgeben von einer faszinierenden Moorlandschaft, Tieren, und Pflanzen. Die Geschichte berührte mich und ich konnte das Buch kaum mehr zur Seite legen. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!
