The economy at the present time is unable to meet the needs of the ballooning urban population. The socio-economic and political legacy in Zimbabwe has created significant structural barriers especially to the educated unemployed youths participation and influence. Unlocking Zimbabwe therefore, offers solutions to address these problems and usher strategies that can be adopted to allow democracy and sustainable development to prevail.

He has also published several research papers and book reviews. His research interests include human rights, conflict, peace and security.
