Tamilla Mehtiyeva holds a degree in English and French Teaching from Azerbaijan University of Languages, and an MA degree in Teaching from School for International Training, USA, Vermont. She has more than 30 years experince in teaching English. She has written numerous articles and is the author of the book "Interactive Teacher Training".
