This textbook covers the fundamentals of organizational development and change (ODC) theory while offering a comprehensive, structured, and systematic approach to guide change management strategies at the organization level. Riann Singh is Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development within the Department of Management Studies at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago. She has extensive teaching and research experience in these areas. Shalini Ramdeo is part-time Lecturer in Organizational Development and has teaching and research experience in the area of organizational behavior, and human resource management with the University of the West Indies, St Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago.
