The book identifies factors that have helped overcome barriers to their social change. It challenges the negative malpractices and attitudes displayed towards the refugees by some people in the host country. The focus is on people s deep heartfelt needs surrounded by various circumstances such as acculturation, psychological stress, discrimination, and social exclusion in their day-to-day lives. The content of this book will benefit future generation improve their leadership qualities to become useful leaders for the benefit of Africa and the world.

He has Honors in Conflict and Resolution, Peace Studies, Masters in Leadership and Management, PhD candidate in Political Science/International Relations, Public Affairs at the University of KwaZulu Natal,S.Africa.
