Dr. Xianhua Wu is Distinguished Professor of Shanghai Maritime University, China. His areas of specialty include hazard risk analysis, big data analysis and applied statistics. He has published 7 books and more than 130 academic articles in journals like Annals of Operational Research, Science of the Total Environment, Environmental Research, Transportation Research Part D: Transport and Environment and others. As Principal Investigator, he has 7 national research projects such as "The Major Research Plan of National Social Science Foundation (18ZDA052): Research on the Control Optimization of Air Pollutant Emission in the Era of Big Data" and "Training Program of the Major Research Plan of the National Science Foundation of China (91546117): Research on Integration Method of Big Data of Meteorological Hazards for Supporting Emergency Decision-making". He is also a member of Steering Committee of Economics Education (2018-2022), MOE, China. Dr. Ji Guo is Professor of the School of Economics and Management, Shanghai Maritime University, China. Her areas of specialty include environmental economics and emergency management. She has published 4 books and more than 80 academic articles in journals like Annals of Operational Research, Environmental Hazards, Journal of International Trade & Economic Development, Journal of Cleaner Production, Weather, Climate and Society  and others. As Principal Investigator, she has 2 national research projects such as "Research Plan of National Social Science Foundation: Research on Optimal Control of Haze Emission Based on Data Envelopment Analysis (17BGL142) and Innovative Evaluation Methods of Meteorological Public Service Benefit (11CGL100)."
