She is an avid fan of British television and HGTV. Besides the historical genre, Olivia writes fantasy, women's fiction and children's books under other pen names. She relishes every form of storydom, be it on stage, narrated or filmed. She and her husband live within eyeshot of the Rocky Mountains, along with her rhyming dictionary and her Gage Canadian Thesaurus. Olivia does not own a pair of snowshoes, a kayak or a dogsled.
