The work investigates the environment at the medical university. Its subject is clarified in the context of the new educational realities. The significance of the material conditions, the role of IT in learning, bilingualism, the conditions for individual development is emphasized as factors for impact on satisfaction. It proves that in the medical educational environment satisfaction assessment is influenced by interculturality and also that it is a strong psychosocial factor for impact on the personality. In this sense, it is perceived as a specific criterion for quality of the environment. Results from conducted surveys indicate determinants with negative impact on satisfaction- efficiency of lecturer's labour, foreign language competence, updating the technology of medical training etc. The conclusion that interculturality causes emotional exhaustion in the lecturer and psychopathological states similar to initial forms of burnout- Flameout has been reached.
