Autorenporträt
Massimo Rostagno is Director General Monetary Policy of the European Central Bank. Before joining in 1998 he was a research economist at the Banca d'Italia and later desk economist in the European Department of the IMF Carlo Altavilla is Head of Bank Lending Conditions Section in the Directorate General Monetary Policy of the European Central Bank. Before joining the ECB, he taught econometrics and economic policy at the University of Naples and Université Libre de Bruxelles Giacomo Carboni is a Principal Economist in the Monetary Policy Strategy Division of the Directorate General Monetary Policy of the European Central Bank. He joined the ECB in 2007, after receiving a PhD in Economics from the University of Warwick. Wolfgang Lemke is an Adviser in the Capital Markets Division of the Directorate General Monetary Policy of the European Central Bank. He has previously been an Economist in the Economics department of Deutsche Bundesbank. Roberto Motto is Head of the Strategy Issues Section in the Directorate General Monetary Policy of the European Central Bank. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of York. Arthur Saint Guilhem is a Principal Economist in the Monetary Policy Strategy Division of the Directorate General Monetary Policy of the European Central Bank. He previously held a position at the Banque de France. Jonathan Yiangou is Advisor and Senior Speechwriter in the Counsel to the Executive Board of the European Central Bank. He holds an MSc in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics.
