Methods:1.On the laboratory: to elaborate, different formulations with glycolic extract changing type and amount of abrasive and thickner. After to assay technological tests, at different times and temperatures, and microbiological quality tests, the best formulation was selected.The dentifrice developed was approved for children use in accordance with the brazilian law and the regulations of Brazilian Odontology Association.
