As a retired Speech Pathologist and Behavior Analyst, Josie brings over 20 years of experience of therapy working with all ages of children. Her area of expertise has been in increasing self-esteem, communication and family interaction in all aspects of a child's life in order for behaviors and a positive mindset to flourish. She has worked with teachers and therapists, alike. to create positive environments and bonds with the students they work with to encourage an excitement about learning as well as success in the classroom. At home, Josie adores her pets. She is an animal lover and an admirer of nature. She spends a lot of time with her family, cooking for them and creating new recipes. As a new hobby, she has taken up gardening. She has taken this time in her retirement to create these workbooks that she has always thought to be a need in her workplace.
