Elena Castrignano is the author of Wilkes-Barre in Arcadia Publishing's Postcard History Series. A lifelong resident of the Wyoming Valley, she now resides in Hanover Township. She works in the library at Luzerne County Community College and has written community news articles for both local newspapers.
