Gerard Jacobus Tolsma, Ph.D. (1999) in Descriptive Linguistics, Leiden University, is currently working as a linguist at the Ministry of Justice in The Netherlands. He has published several articles on Kulung and comparative Tibeto-Burman linguistics.
