Being a father of two children, Jerry Andre very well understands that childhood is a great adventure filled with a tremendous amount of love, happiness, and dedication. Since receiving his master's degree from Rutgers University in 2008, his devotion to understanding the emotional needs of children has continued to grow. Jerry worked multiple years as a Hall Director and mentored as a big brother in an after school program. He acknowledged that early learning and development is critical to a child's foundational and future success. This experience provided Jerry with knowledge and motivated him even more.
