His books include Awestruck, The Happiness Toolbox, and Real Happiness: Proven Paths for Contentment, Peace, and Well-Being. In addition to his writing and clinical work, Jonah offers training and consultation to therapists, organizations, and the public on the promotion of well-being. He conducts workshops and seminars both nationally and internationally and has trained thousands of therapists and members of the public on the science of happiness.
