Autorenporträt
Manon Steffan Ros is a Welsh novelist, playwright, screenwriter and folk singer. She has written more than 40 books in her native Welsh language. The Blue Book of Nebo is shortlisted for the Yoto Carnegie Medal 2023, the UKLA book awards and the Tir na N'og Welsh children's fiction award. The original Welsh language Llyfr Glas Nebo won the Wales Book of the Year Award, Fiction Award and People's Choice Award, as well as the prose medal at the National Eisteddfod, and is on the curriculum for teaching in schools. Originally from Rhiwlas, a village in the mountains of north Wales, Manon loves Liverpool Football Club, hiking and cake.
