Autorenporträt
Terry Albert has been working with dogs for more than 25 years as a pet sitter, dog trainer, and foster home. Her writing credits include several books. Terry has also fostered Goldens while volunteering for Seattle Purebred Dog Rescue. Many of her boarding clients are Golden Retrievers she has cared for from puppy through adulthood and into their senior years. She has also served on the Boards of Directors for Seattle Purebred Dog Rescue and the Humane Society of Seattle/King County.

Deb Eldredge, DVM, graduated from Cornell University, where she was the first recipient of the Gentle Doctor Award given by the clinical faculty for best patient care. Dr. Eldredge is past president of the Dog Writers Association of America, is the author of more than 20 books on pets, and has won numerous awards from the Dog Writers Association of America.

Alan Gunther is the owner of Shadalane Golden Retrievers, which has produced Golden Retriever Club of America's Show Dog Hall of Fame and multiple breed champions. He is past president of the Golden Retriever Club of San Diego County and a member of Shoreline Dog Fanciers, and serves as Sporting Group director.
