Chapter 1 explains how the spiritual leader should connect to employees, management, and the workplace. Chapter 2 discusses the different types of leadership styles that can be used in the workplace. Chapter 3 continues to discuss leadership styles; in addition, chapter 3 also discusses the different types of techniques that could be used. Chapter 4 talks about the struggles that come with making tough decisions after the implementation of spirituality in the workplace. Chapter 5 discusses the formula used to determine how to make effective decisions. Chapter 6 closes the book by explaining how a spiritual leader in the workplace can balance professionalism in the workplace and personal beliefs in an effort to being an effective spiritual leader in the workplace.

Dr. Emery is a disable veteran, the founder, president, and CEO of Emery Consulting Firm. Dr. Emery has done research in the field of leader's making sound decisions in the workplace regarding ethical and unethical behaviors. Dr. Emery worked for Walmart/Sam's Club for twelve years in various states. Dr. Emery was the CEO and founder of True Believers Family Service Center; he planned, organized, and directed leadership development. Set overall social service policies and conducted long-ranged planning for departments. Established organizational structure of departments to ensure that financial, material, and physical resources were used efficiently to provide cost-effective services and benefits. Dr. Emery served fourteen and a half years in the U.S. Navy in the logistics field, performing strategic general management and leadership consulting for senior enlisted members in the United States Navy. The concentration included strategic business planning, government initiatives, new program capabilities, integrated supply and demand planning, inventory management, and operation planning. Dr. Emery also served three years as a drill sergeant (RDC), developing and training civilians into discipline leaders and respectful men and women while building teamwork and messing diversity in one common cause.
