Each chapter is a transcript of an interview where the attorney discusses his or her experiences in using financial experts in their cases. The forensic accountants discuss their experiences and provide insight in their role as expert. This book provides attorneys with guidance and knowledge regarding how to gain the most value from using financial experts in lawsuits. Choosing an expert tactically, strategically, wisely, and being practical in whom you select will more often than not result in your client being awarded more money or owing less money.

Autorenporträt

Ronald G. Rosenfarb was raised with a forensic accountant as a father. His dinner discussions growing up centered around his father's cases and what he and his brothers thought about those cases. Later in life, after becoming an attorney licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey, Ron joined his father's firm, Rosenfarb LLC. He spent nearly a decade working there as a lawyer and forensic accountant. In 2017, he left Rosenfarb LLC to embark upon a new journey as an entrepreneur. Ron resides in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
