Shervine Thompson was born in Nassau, Bahamas, and was writing short-stories from the age of eight. She recently obtained a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the College of the Bahamas, which she also took courses in film and Bahamian literature. When she is not writing, she loves to traveling, and also does ballroom dancing. She is currently studying medicine at the University of the West Indies.
