Julia Grocki embraces every opportunity to share her personal and professional experiences with disordered eating in clinical and community settings. While earning her Master's in Chemistry from the University of Virginia, she identified herself as an emotional eater. After repairing her relationship with food and herself, she lost over 130 pounds and alleviated many health issues. Her passion to help others achieve better health inspired her to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and motivational speaker. She completed her dietetic coursework and a Master of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics at Marywood University in Scranton, PA, while teaching in the Science and Nutrition Departments. Julia performed as a Clinical Dietitian at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA for five years. She started her private practice, New Beginning Nutrition Counseling, LLC in Berwick, PA in 2016.
