Autorenporträt
Jana Koci, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Health and Well-Being Education at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic, and she is a leading researcher and educator on building academic well-being in her country. She teaches a popular Students' Well-Being class for Charles University and 4EU+ Alliance students, and she wrote this book based on her deep care for all young adults she works with.

Stewart I. Donaldson, PhD, is Distinguished University Professor and Executive Director of the Claremont Evaluation Center at Claremont Graduate University. He is deeply committed to improving lives through positive psychology research and education. He is Co-Founder of the first PhD and research-focused master's programs in positive psychology at Claremont Graduate University and mentors many graduate students specializing in positive psychology and evaluation science.
