Produktbeschreibung
This is a collection of poems which has been written in the state of severe depression, uncontrollable anxiety, never-ending self-doubt and an ocean of insecurities. People shouldn't feel ashamed, disregarded or belittled for suffering from mental health conditions. Suffering from a mental health condition shouldn't be seen as being any different to suffering from a physical illness. These poems should spark a serious conversation about mental health in our societies, and also give hope to those who are suffering that they are not alone and that they shouldn't have to suffer in silence/shame. There will be many people who can relate to the poems written and hopefully by sharing individual experiences, we can address and fight the various stigmas surrounding mental health.

Autorenporträt
Isha is a 19-year-old English Literature student at City University London, living in the south with her parents and two younger sisters. She passionately writes about her personal experiences in the hope to challenge societal attitudes towards mental health and raise awareness. As someone who has suffered with depressions and anxiety for many years of her life, she thinks that it is important that people are open about their mental health and receive the support that they need by sparking a vital conversation and by addressing the various stigmas surrounding the issue.
