Franco Scardino has taught American history as well as AP U.S. goverment and politics for 9 years at the New York City Department of Education. Scardino also spearheaded Project Citizen: How Can I Affect Public Policy?, a hands-on study of a public policy and what it takes to change it, and the Federal Reserve Project, a student research project on the federal interest rate policies and how they effect the economy.
