Neil Rucker is a fourth-generation Alabamian. Neil grew up in Montgomery, Alabama, and is a thirty-year veteran of Law Enforcement. Neil's extensive career included him being a State Trooper, State Criminal Investigator and Chief Investigator in two different District Attorney's Offices. Neil can tell stories, whether they are from his experience or stories past down through his family.
