Felicity and company follow the twists and turns of corruption and profit. With Ace watching her back, her team holding the line, she slides through the shadows searching for the man who set the plan in motion.

The list of traitors increases with every answer. A landing at sea, disguises to infiltrate the mastermind's home in South America is risky. It is the only way to be sure that everyone involved in the corruption in Washington is identified. This time the truth will win over lies told to avoid a scandal.
