He has over twenty-five years of experience in the energy industry. He earned a Ph.D. in economics from Atlantic International University, U.S.A.; a Master of Science in engineering management from Brunel University, United Kingdom; and a higher national diploma in mechanical engineering from the College of Technology, Calabar, Nigeria.
