Autorenporträt
Klaus Bruschke was born in 1958, and studied trombone at the Detmold Musikhochschule with Prof. Willy Walther and later with Prof. Heinz Fadle. He was principal trombonist with the Civic Orchestra of Lübeck from 1982-1984. Since 1983 Klaus Bruschke has been solo trombonist with the Symphony Orchestra of the Hessian Radio in Frankfurt. In 1986 he co-founded the brass ensemble hr-brass whose activities he has been coordinating ever since. Since 1991 Klaus Bruschke has been teaching trombone at the Musikhochschule Rheinland-Pfalz in Mainz, first as a lecturer, and since 2006 as a professor.
