Every day we are faced with dozens of tasks, most of which we simply do not notice: once we have solved them and in repeated situations we act according to the template. Many of these tools are known under the acronym TRIZ (Technology for Inventive Problem Solving), but TRIZ was developed for the technical sphere, not for the social one.
