Autorenporträt
As a medical assistant for a family medicine physician, Kimberly has spent years triaging, rooming, and gathering history of present illness information from her patients. During medicare wellness visits it is required to have the inevitable "being prepared for death" conversation and to discuss advance medical directives and HIPPA forms. It is astonishing how few people really document their desires or financial information to give anyone a clue how to settle affairs without dispute.

But it was not until her own aunt became terminally ill and asked her if she would settle her affairs that Kimberly learned what is really involved with settling an estate and documented her twenty-four-month experience to share with others.

Kimberly is a retired telecom company president who went on to a second career of medically assisting a family practice physician. She and her daughter also own a successful real estate investing company.

Kimberly lives in Chesterfield, Virginia, with her two English bulldogs, Rupert and Lulu.
