Valley Haggard is a writer, teacher, and Reiki Master. She holds a BA in Creative Writing from Sarah Lawrence College and is the recipient of a Richmond Magazine Theresa Pollak Prize, a Style Weekly Women in the Arts Award, and the Emyl Jenkins award from James River Writers. Valley is the founder of Life in 10 Minutes, a community for writers whose stories are brave and true.
