Physician, author, speaker, researcher and consultant, Dr. Rossman has had a long-standing interest in the importance of attitudes, beliefs, emotions and Mind/Body practices in medicine. In addition to a busy practice emphasizing non-drug medicine and patient participation, he has taught clinical guided imagery to over 10,000 health professionals since 1982 and is co-founder and director of various clinics ranging from one at the Dept of Medicine at University of California to another at Columbia University in New York. A popular speaker and workshop leader, he has also created audios and home-study courses for both the general public and for medical professionals.
