Autorenporträt

Maggie Gee is the author of seventeen acclaimed books, which have been translated into more than fifteen languages. These include her novels The Flood and My Cleaner, The Red Children and a memoir, My Animal Life. A Fellow and Vice-President of the Royal Society of Literature and a Professor of Creative Writing at Bath Spa University, Gee was awarded an OBE in 2012 for her services to literature. She lives in Ramsgate.
