Robert K. Brigham is the Shirley Ecker Boskey Professor of History and International Relations at Vassar College, USA. He is the author of numerous publications on American foreign relations including Iraq, Vietnam and the Limits of American Power (2008) and Is Iraq Another Vietnam? (2006).
