The great American author Thomas Clayton Wolfe was born on October 3rd, 1900 in Asheville, North Carolina, in the Blue Ridge Mountains. He wrote many famous novels like "Look Homeward, Angel" and "Of Time and River". He died on September 15th 1938, at the age of only 37 years.
