Shiv Radhakishun grew up in Toronto, Canada and attended Ryerson University's Ted Rogers School of Management. Like many, he has faced barriers and hardship, personal failures and even professional letdown. Shiv eventually found a focus that detailed around his well-being both personally and professionally. He was able to find a path to success; a success that only he could define. In doing so, he realized he needed to normalize the abnormal. He needed to break through what he coined as The Regular Effect.
