Aaron Goings is associate professor of history at Saint Martin's University. He is author of The Port of Missing Men: Billy Gohl, Labor, and Brutal Times in the Pacific Northwest (University of Washington Press, 2020), which won the 2021 Sally and Ken Owens book award from the Western History Association for best book on the history of the Pacific West. He is coauthor of The Red Coast: Radicalism and Anti-Radicalism in Southwest Washington (Oregon State University Press. 2019) and Community in Conflict: A Working-Class History of the 1913-14 Michigan Copper Strike and the Italian Hall Tragedy (Michigan State University Press, 2013).
