Autorenporträt
Author Susan Sowerby, from the surf-side town of Margaret River, is famous for her mermaid sculptures which have found homes as far away as Norway and Scotland. She has lived for a time in the Hebrides where her Saltwater Series is based. Her writing has been described as mysterious, moving and beautifully evocative. Following on from book one, Susan has woven a compelling adventure tale of an encounter between two very different cultures, the sea-born and the human.
