Christian Kings aka ALIGBA has 25+ combined years of local and international expertise in entrepreneurship, non-profit leadership, brand creation, multi-disciplinary design, sales, strategy consulting, digital marketing, customer experience (CX), digital publishing, hospitality, communications, and election monitoring. As a futurist and innovation catalyst, he helps people and organizations innovate at the crossroads of purpose, growth, and social impact. Christian is the founder and creative director of 9V8 LLC, a leading creative agency that serves across multiple disciplines, powered by data, strategy, and design. Moved by the huge leadership deficit across the African continent, he pioneered the budding Christian Aligba Leadership Foundation for Africa (aka CALF Africa) in 2015, and later authored the book, "Future Now: The Afrocentric Leadership Revolution" in 2016. Working in collaboration with Peace Corps, Christian serves as a MicroMentor where he provides advisory, coaching and mentoring programs to 18+ young entrepreneurs across Africa and Asia. Christian works relentlessly, with humility and vulnerability, as a dedicated husband, a loving parent to four kids, and as an effective mover, helping to make the world better, bit by bit, through his work at 9V8 LLC, the United Nations, LoveWorld Inc., CALF Africa, and other organizations he's blessed to serve. He holds a bachelor's degree in Geology from the University of Benin, Nigeria, and a master's degree in International Business from Robert Gordons University, Aberdeen, United Kingdom.
