The authors, Dave & Carla want to share their spiritual journey with the world. They teach Metta Meditation and the Five Simple Rules for Living; to live without conceit, jealousy, selfishness and unforgiveness and do everything in love. Their first book The Gift of Past Lives with Mother, Isabella, God & Elizabeth outlines twenty of their past lives together, along with their karmic lessons. It explains the start of their spiritual experience with spontaneous memories through meditation. They have trained in Past-Life Regression with Dr. Brian Weiss.
