Autorenporträt

Diederik Vemer was born in 1963 in Witbank, South Africa, under the sun sign of Aquarius.

From a very early age his life was fueled by the quest for the unchangeable truth about the world and the context of it's existence.
He is not a Buddhist although he likes them, nor is he a Catholic, although he was one once.
Stillness is his teacher and the place beyond the human mind is where he finds his center and support.

He currently lives in Cape Town, South Africa, but retreats into the Karoo to write and grin.
