Drew is experienced in a cross-section of industries. He has compelling knowledge of leading sustainable change and is a much sought-after speaker at conferences and leadership events, both nationally and internationally, on the concept of multi-sector approaches to leadership. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts (FRSA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (FILM). Laura McInerney is one of the UK's most-recognised education journalists. A long-standing Guardian education columnist and the first editor of the award-winning Schools Week newspaper, she has a reputation for straight-talking, fierce commentary. She is an accomplished public speaker, trainer, and writer. She delivers around 25 keynote speeches per year on a range of topics including: bravery in challenging moments; the secret lives of teachers; the lessons of great education secretaries; and the future of education.
