The rules of the Interview have changed forever; there are more strong candidates for every job than at any point in the last 20 years. If you prepare like everyone else, you will not win. The average candidate spends 2-4 hours preparing for an interview. If that is all you are willing to do, hit the back button and go buy a book on easy interview answers.

Why should you buy this book ?
1. I have given the book to friends and worked with them to implement it since I wrote it in 1997.
2. This is not my job. I am a Healthcare Company Executive that likes to help people win in the interview.
3. I have interviewed thousands of people in my career and I know what great looks like
4. I have yet to meet someone that does all I prescribe in the book and does not get the job, period. I will stop here and tell you to buy this book.
Do the math, my guess is that the cost of this book is an hour or two of pay at most or your next job. For some of you, it may account for 15 minutes pay of your next job. Sure would be stupid not to invest $30 bucks considering what the percentage return is if you win the job. Go spend 2 hours and look at all the books on interviewing at the bookstore, prove to yourself that none of them offer a real edge and then come back and buy this.
Be ready to do the work, as I know you are, and it will end well. Avoid the work, or worse, if 30 hours of prep for an interview sounds like too much work....hit that back button now. Good luck!
