His theatre credits include Cinderella (The Duke's Playhouse), Star Cross'd and Candyland (Oldham Coliseum) and Get Ken Barlow (Watford Palace Theatre). For television he has been a writer for hit shows such as Cold Feet, Death in Paradise, Shameless, Holby City, Casualty, Doctors and Eastenders.
