I have spent most of my career in human services and have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, a Master's Degree in Counseling, a Master's Degree in Business Administration, and completed two years of a PhD in Public Policy and Administration before running out of student loans. During my extensive career helping others, I learned that so many people are in denial about what they need to do to take responsibility and be happy. Most people blame everyone else for their problems and refuse to do what they need to do to be healthy and happy. Some people are able to overcome this blockade in their lives, but others become really sick and die a miserable life. As a vegan for over 20 years, I know that we must accept the realities of what we are doing to ourselves, others, the animals, and the earth. We project our pain and hurt onto ourselves and everything around us. If we were okay and at peace with ourselves, there wouldn't be a reason to hurt ourselves, others, the animals, or the earth. Therefore, I have made it my life's work to take care of myself first and foremost while spreading this enlightenment, health, and positivity onto everything around me. I need to feel good in a healthy way and be happy every second that I am alive, so I can project this goodness outside of me. I hope it makes a difference. Life is too short to be unhappy, miserable, sick, a slave, angry, and hurtful to yourself, others, the animals, and the earth. Peace and Love! Forever and Always!
