Rick Overwater is a longtime writer living in Calgary, Alberta, Canada with his wonderful wife and two loud children. He loves things that are fantastic, abnormal, hopeful, just-plain weird, and any combination thereof. His graphic novel Futility: Orange Planet Horror was nominated for a 2019 Aurora award by the Canadian Science Fiction and Fantasy Association. Also a prolific musician, Rick is happiest in the room where he keeps his guitars and books.
