She's helped men, women, and children eat healthier while still enjoying their food and therefore to live healthier lives. Heidi is a a former national media spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association. She's written articles for various magazines, including Woman's Day, Family Circle, Today's Diet & Nutrition, Prevention, and Parents.

Ed Jackson graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, in 2000, earning the President's Scholarship Award. He's worked at several prominent restaurants in the Boston area, including Maison Robert, Tremont 647, and The Tuscan Grill. Ed has also worked as a demonstration specialist with Whole Foods Market.
