Matt Cohen's books include the highly praised novels The Disinherited, The Spanish Doctor, and Emotional Arithmetic, the film version of which is scheduled to be shot in the summer of 1998. Last Seen has sold in Germany and the U.S., and movie rights have been sold in Canada. It was also adapted for CBC radio's "Between the Covers," read by R.H. Thompson. Matt Cohen lives in Toronto.
